How Does RF Microneedling Work?
RF microneedling, also known as collagen induction treatment, uses the Secret RF device, which emits controlled radiofrequency energy through an array of microneedles to create micro-injuries that "interrupt" the cells and stimulate the production of collagen. The Secret RF comes with two handpieces that come in different sizes, enabling us to accurately target the face and body. With the generation of collagen, new skin grows as the area heals, leaving the surface looking and feeling smoother, brighter, and more refreshed. how many treatments well I need?
Patients typically need 3-4 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart, to achieve optimal results. Most patients report seeing improvement after the second treatment however results are optimized 3 months after the last treatment.
What can I expect after my treatment?
After the treatment, an ointment will be applied to the skin and you will be asked to refrain from wearing make up for several hours. Any minor redness or swelling resulting from treatment will subside within 12-24 hours. After the treatment, you can expect to return to normal activities.
